No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for dispatch and cannot be canceled or refunded. As a result, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
Orders Returned as Undeliverable
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, missed delivery, or other customer-related errors will only be resent or refunded once a new shipping fee has been paid. This applies regardless of whether the package is returned by the courier or left unclaimed.

Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect and securely package every order before shipping. Please check your items upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours at support@eleanorjewelry.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include a clear photo of the issue and a brief description. If you’re unable to provide photos for any reason, please let us know.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we cannot guarantee the condition of the item once it has been in the customer’s care. Our team will thoroughly review each case and take appropriate action to ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our service.
1-Year Quality Guarantee
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Condition

Shipping Costs
Eleanor Jewelry will NOT cover the cost of return shipping for eligible refund requests.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved refunds. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Return Authorization

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No Refund for Buyer's Remorse
Eleanor Jewelry does not offer refunds for situations where the customer has had a change of heart or decides the item is not to their liking upon receipt. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before ordering.
